Graduated with a Master's degree in History and Geography (University of Nice), Master's degree in International Relations and actions abroad (Paris Sorbonne), DULCO Russian and Russian civilization (Inalco Paris), Arnaud has more than 15 years of experience in data valuation and geomarketing for various major retail brands such as Auchan, Immochan, Ikea, Castorama, Decathlon and Kiabi in Eastern Europe and South-East Asia.
After several experiences within large groups (Total, TQ3 Protravel, American Express ATH, Auchan Retail, Beeline), Arnaud has created and managed 2 companies since 2010: Rilos (technological solutions for expansion departments in the retail sector 2010 - 2022) and Magellan (technological solutions for the sales forces of consumer goods producers 2014-2015)
Within the 12 miles coast band, most of the trafic produced by boats under 24 meters is not visible due to the absence of AIS devices, and therefore cannot be analysed, preventing territories to deploy their resources (physical captors, and human resources) in most important areas (biosphere protection, overfrequented areas) and at the most required times.
