BlueWise Marine
John Breslin is BlueWise Marine's Managing Director. John is a senior executive with over 20 years marine and maritime experience working within an international B2B environment. Rogério Chumbinho (PhD) is BlueWise Marine's Senior Project Manager. Louise O’Boyle (PhD) is the Project Manager at BlueWise Marine. Mairéad Elliott is BlueWise Marine's Business Development and Projects Coordinator since 2017.
To facilitate the just and sustainable growth of the blue economy in partnership with government, industry, academia, and local communities through the provision of creative, innovative and professional support services worldwide. We are working with OEMs to develop novel marine applications for environmental surveys and analysis which will rely on autonomous technologies, drones and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. These applications will offer significant CO2 reductions over existing technologies employed in the market. Overall the services and technologies being offered will support the development of the blue and green economies and are aligned to the UN SDGs.
Experienced team of professionals with a track record of providing Marine Asset Management (Test site, Research Vessels, Crew transfer Vessels, ROV) , PR, Business Development, Physical Oceanography, Met Ocean Monitoring, Community Liaison services. Currently we offer test and validation facilities to National and International innovators in the marine and, as such, we are continuously exposed to developers of novel marine technologies and solutions.
