Baltic Marine Systems Oü
Andrei Zagamula - founder + Board member + CEO. Born 1982. 2004 - Bachelor in business administration. Tallinn university of Technology (TalTec) 2009 - Master degree in Corporate finance and accounting (TalTec) 2006-2016 - Infrstructure construction company Director of Finance (railway, highway and grid construction). The company in 2006-2011 was part VolkerWessels group in Estonia; 2011-... part of Leonhard Weiss Group. In the list of tasks were included business development tasks. Expansion to foreign markets like Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Russia, Norway. During 2010-2016 Estonian group expanded to all those markets. 2016-2020 as entrepreneur set up companies AT Z Teenused O (small accounting and administration services ) and AZF Labor O (occupational health measurments: sound preasure, light density, ventilation systems). Both maintain turnover in the range of 50-150 k per yea and employ 3-5 emplyees. 2020 - started Baltic Marine Systems O.
Sea and subsea special equipment, used for research and maintenance vessels. Engineering, production and post-sale maintenance. Currently under construction 2 projects: lifting set and cable laying plough. Our plan to expand products line to other specific equipment for subsea research, which would be helpful for scientist and ecologic assignments in the World Ocean and Baltic Sea.
Our company is one of lack such companies in EU (not including UK). Specific know-how and combination of team knowledges in offshore engineering create great value. International experts network is the key for development of new projects.
