About Us
Edward Someus (CEO and owner) is a Swedish upcycling engineer with core competence of zero emission processing and circular economical reuse of unexploited biomass. Operating from technology/product development driven applied research into full industrialisation and commercialisation. The SME company is established in 1989 as Swedish-Hungarian joint venture ALSTOM POWER subsidy (Lang Machine works, since 1870). Technology-intensive deep-tech company playing a leading international role in commercial up-cycling of agricultural and food industrial by-products by unique zero emission pyrolysis and other advanced/innovative integrated technologies for high added value material recovery in economical industrial scale and performance. Coordinator and key tech designer for recycling specific European Commission large scale and technology/product/application driven RTD projects, which EU wide science and technology collaborations significantly promoted the successful evolution of the Solution to reach recent “ready for practice” industrial status.

Problem we are solving
The water treatment by use of efficient adsorbent to clean water and the agri food production by use of safe biofertilizers are two strategic key important industrial sectors that are continuously expanding with higher and higher qualitative standards and quantitative processing demands for less cost. The fragile global agri-food markets already seriously affected by external factors such as global warming, pollution, loss of fertile soils/biodiversity. Covid-19, the energy crisis and the war in Ukraine together with cascading negative effects are putting agriculture and the water treatment sector under extreme pressure with significantly increased energy and material costs. Due to the high dependence on imports of energy/fertilisers the agri-food sector became vulnerable. The increased demand for more clean water at less cost and more cleanly aquatic environment is accelerating human health and ecological impact issues.

Sustainable Impact on Blue Ecconomy
Unexploited food industrial by-products are economically upcycled into unique and high added value BioPhosphate products by the 3R zero emission and energy independent revolutionary solution in TRL9/CRL9 scale of economy with 20,800 t/y full industrial capacity. BioPhosphate is an unique character macroporous mineral product for two main applications, such as water treatment adsorbent and biofertilizer. This blue economy project is high added value transformation of unexploited biomass into new and renewable BioPhosphate products to create user benefits, perceived to be of greater quality and environmental/climate value with second life and new function that finished product becomes more practical and valuable than what it previously was.
