Teqplay BV

Teqplay has developed a digital twin of the port and port operations. The digital twin automatically collects public information required for safe and efficient operations and translates this information in relevant business events. This technology provides the basis for optimizing port call operations for all of the involved stakeholders. A port call (the overall process of vessels entering and departing from the port) involves up to 27 stakeholders. In essence does the digital twin provide a real-time shared point of truth (shared awareness) that enables predictable, faster and cheaper port call operations and creates the basis for collaboration.

Tresoil Biofuel SRL

Waste plastic to hydrogen. The TRESOILPower2X modular distributed small-footprint “Waste to Energy Plant” producing from un-recyclable (no market value) plastic non-stop 24/7 electricity (58 MW per day) and hydrogen (2 tons) per day. TRESOILPower2X green hydrogen is produced through “Waste to Energy” renewable electricity and electrolysis. It emits zero carbon dioxide (CO2) when used, TRESOILPower2X using its own stand-alone parasitic power for the production of hydrogen and electricity. Stopping unrecyclable plastic waste being sent to landfill which keeps emitting polluting for hundreds of years, and to turn this waste into Net Zero energy revenue at community and enterprise level. Most ocean plastic is transported via the world’s rivers and basins into oceans. The TRESOILPower2X Proposals will show an effective and economically profitable way to the Danube River and Delta basin communities, focusing on the reduction of the impact on wildlife movement, restoration and protection of biodiversity; valuable ecosystems protection of inhabited areas against plastic reaching the Black Sea. Tourism is important to the local Daube Delta economy, especially exponentially fast-growing eco-tourism, on the other hand it is also an additional pollution factor, both through the garbage and plastic that tourists produce, and through the emissions of various boats that run on conventional fuel within the Delta. In short: the TRESOILPower2X “Waste to Energy” 4 Integrated Units; Modular Distributed, Scalable, Replicable (Small footprint and Environmental Impact) complex by eradicating plastic waste (municipal household waste, waste from tourism) transformed through an innovative gasification process to eradicate waste plastic and stop it turning into micro plastic pollution of the ecosystem for the Danube Delta and Black Sea. TRESOILPower2X green hydrogen refuelling system installed on the quays, in one of the Delta’s port cities will be used as fuel for pleasure boats and the boats that transport tourists to the Delta and Black Sea resorts. TRESOILPower2X European produced green hydrogen and/or ammonia from unrecyclable plastic will enhance the Danube River and Delta economy will benefit all aspects from power generation into transport fuel and utilization locally. The Danube Delta is one of the most valuable and wild delta natural habitats, declared by UNESCO a biosphere reserve. It is the largest delta by area, with a wide biodiversity and one of the most preserved Deltas. Nowadays a series of conventional cruise ships, with diesel engines, arrive in the Delta from the far north of Europe and Central Europe, to the ports of Saint George, Chilia and Sulina, of the Danube Delta wetlands, channels and streams for flora and Fauna viewings being the point of maximum interest in the entire cruise itinerary. The detailed exploration of channels, lakes of the flora and fauna of the Delta biosphere cannot be a reality today without using new, innovative smooth, silent running boats with zero emissions, that do not derail the habitat. Smooth running, clean, eco-friendly hydrogen propulsion boats that do not damage the river banks and disturb local wildlife. In addition, the boats that use hydrogen as fuel are known and recognized as non-polluting and have extremely silent, smooth-running characteristics that are required when it comes to transporting tourists on the canals of the Delta. The 2024-2027 EU, public and private budget allocation beneficiaries for Romania are for a well-functioning low impact (small-scale) for the Danube Delta and Black Sea Ports. Our first stage is to obtain European Funds for the TRESOILPower2X “Waste to Energy”, and Government Funds for the feasibility study for the TRESOILPower2X hydrogen production integrated technology systems, that transforms waste of any kind of municipal household garbage, waste from industry, agriculture and tourism, into green hydrogen/electricity for the local grid; and green fuel for ecologically friendly boats. TRESOILPower2X intends include the establishment of a media Information center and website dedicated to Danube Delta green tourism. The second stage is the stage of obtaining funds for: building the hydrogen production plant using the innovative TRESOILPower2X technologies, that converts plastic waste of any kind, other waste from Delta communities, industry, and tourism into hydrogen refueling equipment located on quayside in Sf Gheorghe port, or Sulina or Tulcea County, hydrogen storage used by ecological tourist and pleasure boats along the Danube River and Black Sea. To promote better health and living conditions for the local population and visitors. TRESOILPower2X - through the transnational European Danube program and other European Funds. TRESOILPower2X; wish to apply jointly with government, local (municipal) agencies and European Funds, in other Danube countries (there are 11 countries included in the Program). when the pilot project is a commercial success, the next phase will be the expansion along the entire Danube River corridor from the Black to Central and Northern Europe. Hydrogen is an alternative source of green energy to replace fossil fuels, especially in the marine transport mobility sector. The Danube Transnational Program www.interreg-danube.eu strengthens joint and integrated approaches is to preserve and manage the diversity of natural and cultural assets in the Danube region. The Transnational European Danube Program strengthens the collaboration and integration of the approach to the preservation and conservation of the natural and cultural biodiversity in the Danube Regions and Black Sea. TRESOILPower2X Waste to Energy 4 Integrated Units (Factory built): Modular Distributed, Scalable, Replicable (Small footprint and Environmental Impact) Complex: for Danube Basin, Wetlands, Rivers, Cities, Ocean Ports: • Technology 1. Waste to Energy DC green (Stand-Alone) electricity • Technology 2. 10 MW DC green hydrogen (H2) • Technology 3. Ammonia (NH3) green fertiliser • Technology 4. Digital Twinning (AI) to design, integrate, simulate, monitor, optimize performance (on-time), logistics and operations of the modular complex: TRESOILPower2X provides a three-part solution. We clean the earth, we produce clean fuels, and we provide local energy and power security. TRESOILPower2X offers a simple and efficient solution to provide sustainable energy security and independence at the local level, while reducing waste and emissions from landfills, and addressing many environmental justice concerns.
