Minesto is a marine energy technology developer, founded in 2007 as a spin-off from Swedish aerospace manufacturer Saab. Since then, Minesto has successfully developed its unique ocean energy technology. The company has operations in Sweden, Wales, the Faroe Islands, Northern Ireland and Taiwan, with headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden. Main owners are BGA Invest and Corespring New Technology. The Minesto shares are listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market in Stockholm.
In the Faroe Islands, Minesto is part of one of the world’s most ambitious energy transition schemes – to reach 100% renewable energy by 2030. Collaborating with local electric utility company SEV, Minesto is working to pave the way for tidal energy to become a core part of the Faroese energy mix. Minesto and SEV have a collaboration agreement including a power purchase agreement, through which SEV commits to purchase the electricity generated by Minesto’s tidal kite systems.
In 2023, Minesto announced a detailed plan for large-scale buildout of tidal energy arrays in the Faroe Islands. The large-scale buildout plan sets out a stepwise installation of tidal kite arrays, each with 20-40 MW installed capacity, at four verified locations. In addition to Minesto’s existing grid-connected site in Vestmannasund, the company points out Hestfjord, Leirviksfjord, Skopunarfjord and Svinoyarfjord as ideal arrays. With a total capacity of 200 MW tidal energy, generating an estimated 400+ GWh per year, the arrays would supply 40%+ of the Faroe Islands’ growing electricity consumption.

Nature4Nature is a spin-off company of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) addressing the problem of coastal erosion. Gradually 66% of the world’s sandy beaches will be threatened by erosion. Coastal erosion is more intense due to climate crisis: larger and more intensive waves reach the shore eroding the beach.
Nature is creating reefs that act as breakwaters protecting beaches from erosion. HOWEVER, the formation of reefs takes thousands of years and climate crisis is not giving nature the adequate time to adapt!
Nature4Nature is a BLUE-TECH startup providing a SCALABLE solution for the protection against coastal erosion. Mimicking the process of nature, we activate local bacteria transforming seabed material into reefs that act as breakwaters. What nature is doing in a few thousand years, we can do in a couple of months.
Our patented technology is the result of 15+ of research at the Department of Geology and Geoenvironment at NKUA.
We are an OCEAN-PASSIONATE team with a vision to transform marine construction into a nature-inclusive industry.

We aim to commercialize an innovative Do-It-Yourself (DIY) maintenance solution for the
recreational boating sector that radically changes the way boat maintenance is managed and carried out. A radically new DIY maintenance solution disrupting boat maintenance management in the recreational sector and small commercial sector characterized by vessels < 24m length. The philosophy is that boat maintenance should be simple, low-cost and optimized to each boat depending on its equipment configuration.

The navigational decision support system NAVDEC is the first navigational tool worldwide that performs information functions as well as those typical of decision support systems. Its innovative functionalities, significantly extending the performance of devices generally carried by ships, have now a status of patent applications filed at home and internationally.
The NAVDEC complements the navigational equipment of the ship. It is a real time system handled by the navigator. The system observes its ship and the environment and records information on the present navigational situation. On this basis the system identifies and assesses the navigational situation (processing) and works out solutions (decisions) assuring safe navigation.

The netH2O platform includes buoys, drones and a web+mobile infrastructure to collect and distribute data. By using patented (patent pending) technology, the netH2O buoys and drones minimise biofouling and corrosion on sensitive parts like sensors or propulsion elements. They reduce dramatically the cost and complexity of data collection and transmission at sea, and increase its reach and usage to a much broader audience. The netH2O provide better, ubiquitous, simple and affordable monitoring of the water for aquaculture, blue energy, tourism.

At Barcelona Diving Club, we are developing a unique training program based on our exclusive PADI Underwater Farmer certification—the first globally recognized program for training divers in sustainable underwater seaweed farming. This program equips participants with advanced skills in marine ecosystem restoration, sustainable aquaculture, and biodiversity preservation.
Our aim is to establish a network of 10 signature training centers in the most high-impact and ecologically significant regions of the planet, creating a global presence for both training and operational seaweed farming. These centers will serve as flagship locations for advancing eco-friendly aquaculture, marine conservation, and sustainable tourism.
Planned locations for signature centers:
Barcelona, Spain (Mediterranean Sea)
Bali, Indonesia (Indian Ocean)
Maldives (Indian Ocean)
Costa Rica (Caribbean Sea)
Galápagos Islands, Ecuador (Pacific Ocean)
Puerto Rico (Caribbean Sea)
Hawaii, USA (Pacific Ocean)
Sanya, Hainan, China (South China Sea)

MYM3 is a digital, gamified experience in app and web that allows anyone to participate in taking care of the earths most valuable resource - water. Called to action by famous influencers like professional football players, users can give their time (volunteer) or their money (donate) to support projects that clean the ocean, rivers, or provide fresh drinking water to communities that need them most.
All contributions are measured in cubic meters - the universal unit for measuring water. This is why the project is called MYM3 - my cubic meter. All actions on the platform are translated to M3 and stored in the profile section of the user. For instance: if a user gives 10 euros to support an NGO that cleans the ocean, then this will be represented as 5 M3 of ocean that has been cleaned. The 5 M3 will be added to the account of the user.
Accumulated M3 can be exchanged for rewards on the platform
The business model is sponsorships and license fees charged to participating companies
