Green City Ferries AB is a systems integrator for emission-free waterborne transportation based in Stockholm Sweden. GCF is committed to speed up the transition to zero-emission waterborne mobility and our state-of-the-art Beluga24 ferry is a game-changer for sustainable waterborne public transportation. The Beluga24 is a standardized, zero-emission, high-speed commuter ferry. It will be powered by either the high-performance LTO (Lithium-Titanium-Oxide) battery system, or for longer routes, The newly developed hydrogen fuel-cell system. This single platform solution with standardized
production, sets a new standard for fast passenger ferries in cost e#ciency and energy
performance.

Our expertise lies in the management of Biodegradable Organic Materials (MOB), particularly sargassum, and increasing food security, by placing composting and pyrolysis at the heart of our approach. Our mission goes beyond effective waste management - we are dedicated to preserving marine ecosystems and their coastal areas, while fostering a blue economy, encompassing the fishing and tourism sectors.
Ecosystem services, sustainable development & circular economy
Our solutions are focused on the 4Rs of the circular carbon economy which are: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Remove , we are also interested in generating carbon credits in biodiversity

Our Game-Changing Project H2bluedynamics is a safe, simple, and cost-effective H2 fuel and propulsion system, which allows H2 propulsion for retrofits and newbuilding anywhere and anytime without the need of costly and dangerous H2 Logistics. The H2bluedynamics, will utilize ultra-low pressure at ambient operation temperature and controllable gas release storage fuel system. Due to the friendly characteristics, our system can be easily certified by Class societies and Flag administrations given that the IGF code still does not have provisions for H2 as marine fuel.
In addition, the onboard H2 production is a cutting-edge feature of the Project, providing unlimited geographical operational possibilities regardless of the availability of H2 supply chain. A vessel will maintain the crucial H2 fuel capabilities such as large range and high service speed, but will be also able to refuel wherever there is access to the electricity grid.
Introducing trailblazing innovations and revolutionizing New Business models, our Project will benefit H2 Economy substantially from the development of the first worldwide concept of Virtual Hydrogen Logistics.
