Problem we are solving
Brine, a by-product generated in the process of converting seawater into drinking water, is a hypersaline waste that negatively affects marine ecosystem such Posidonia Oceanica meadows, an important endemic species of the Mediterranean Sea and habitat of the European Union.
For improving and recovering these ecosystems, ECOS has developed the Venturi Brine diffuser by relying on a multidisciplinary team of experienced professionals.
Venturi Brine is the only diffuser with an internal mixing system, which immediately eliminates the impact of brine on the marine environment. Thanks to their high-efficiency they can reduce the length of the submarine discharge pipes, allowing a saving of 30% of CAPEX to water management companies and 25% of operating costs. We transform the industry into sustainable saving costs while preserving the marine ecosystem and enabling its regeneration.

Sustainable Impact on Blue Ecconomy
Is the unique device with an Internal mixing system that increases the dilution inside the diffuser, needing less diffusers than the competitors to achieve the same dilution rates, reducing the CAPEX around 30%.
