After 5 years working experience in Industry (Unilever - Global Safety and Environmental Assurance Centre) and academia, she started Nomet from a personal interest in food and sustainability.
We want to reduce the strain on the marine environment by promoting a less common food source in Europe: seaweed. In a world with a growing world population it is more important than ever to resort to low impact but nutritious food sources. We believe seaweed can be a force for good if integrated in the diet of many Europeans. We therefore made it our mission to produce delicious seaweed-based food to be enjoyed by everyone.
We believe in the power of seaweed food made from plant-based, natural ingredients to create a better world.
